> One 90-minute private video coaching call.
To begin, we will talk in depth in a confidential, face-to-face video call (like Skype or Google Hangouts). You will learn new ways to think about yourself and your temper. You will get clear and focused on your goals. And you will learn concrete strategies to use in your home to get started.
> Five private 60-minute follow-up video calls.
For five weeks, you will feel support as you bravely make steps in your new direction. We will talk about how your new strategies are fitting into your daily routine. And each week, you will get new assignments with your next steps to increase your patience. When you have a setback, we will work on problem-solving together. We will also celebrate successes.
> Fridge sheets to print
After each coaching call, you will get a new set of PDFs to print and use in your home. They will serve as reminders and boost your confidence.
> Journaling exercises
As you work to break the hot-temper cycle, you will benefit from reflecting on your progress by writing your stories down. At the end of six weeks, they will serve as a record, and you will see how far you’ve come.

Step 4. After your first 90-minute coaching session, you will receive some fridge sheets to print and journaling exercises in an email from me.
Step 5. After each 60-minute follow-up call, you will receive more fridge sheets with new helpful strategies to use as you work to find more patience in your home.
