Work with me

Hello. Here is my current package:

“First Steps to The Low Pressure Life: Tackle Your Temper”

When you lose your temper, you don’t feel like yourself. You’re a loving, hard-working mom. Maybe those out-of-control moments are hard to admit and even harder to talk about.

Each time you tell yourself, “That’ll be the last time,” and you wish with every fiber of your being that it will be. And then it happens again. And again.

After it happens, sometimes you’re hard on yourself, and you sadly, secretly think, “I’m not a good mom.” But you are a good mom. That sad voice inside is the part of you that’s saying, “It’s time to get help.”

You’re not used to asking for help, especially for your anger. And sadness and shame have weighed you down. You haven’t known how or where to start.

But you’re strong, especially when it comes to your family. You’re determined to learn and work on your temper so someday you really can say, “That was the last time.”

You’re ready to talk about it and get help. You’re relieved to know there is a place you can start, and you’re excited because there is hope. You can find relief from those days of worry and shame.

I will help you tackle your temper and teach you steps you can take to be the patient mom you want to be.

When you work with me, it will be confidential, one-on-one temper coaching. You will learn:

  • new ways to understand and talk about your temper.
  • things you can do at home to work on becoming more patient.
  • how to help yourself get control physically and mentally during those tough moments.

The First Steps package includes:

>The Temper Questionnaire
Before we talk, you will answer some questions specifically designed to help you begin to understand yourself and your temper. These responses will also help you to get clear and focused on your goals before the coaching session. And since you will do this ahead of time, this will mean more time for learning your new strategies during the session.

>One-On-One Temper Coaching (90-minute call)
For 90 minutes, we will focus on your temper in a private face-to-face video call (like Google Hangouts or Skype). You will gain a new understanding of your temper as we review your questionnaire together. You will also learn concrete strategies you can use at home to help you become more patient. We will figure out how these strategies fit into your daily routine.

> Calm Down Exercise and Encouragement Video
After our coaching session, you will gain access to a video you can watch anytime. It will become a resource for you as you work to become more patient. It will also give you something to do during those tough moments when you think you are about to lose your temper, or after you’ve lost it.

> Fridge sheets to print
Use these reminders every day to help you take those first steps towards a more peaceful home.

> One-On-One Three-Week Check-In (30-minute call)
You’ll get extra support as we talk about how it’s going. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and if you’re having any frustrations, we will work on problem-solving. We will also celebrate successes. You will be on your way to being the mom you want to be!

There is hope. Are you ready to finally tackle your temper? I’m here to help.
